A few years ago I had been successful in losing some weight but then found I reached a plateau. It only made sense to put money into fitness instead of buying bigger clothes. It's now been two years I've been going to Randy's classes consistently and literally I could watch the fat transformed to lean muscle.
I've never felt more energy in my life. You can count on him to modify movements for best results without hurting sensitive areas and the classes are never boring--never the same twice! Randy's individualized approach allows me to feel confident in my ability and pushes me to challenge stubborn areas.
I do still put money into clothes, only now it's a smaller, sexier size!
In early 2013, I started working out after more than 20 years of avoiding it. I was very nervous going to my first class. Randy's coaching style was perfect for getting me back in the groove. He offers every exercise at multiple difficulty levels, so I could start out at a beginner's pace while next to me people were pushing themselves with massive, heavy weights.
Now, almost four years later, I opt for the more difficult versions and heavier weights much of the time. And Randy pushes me just enough--while also helping me know when to pull back.
As a mother and daughter with very different fitness levels, it has been a joy to find a workout that suits both of us.
Dana, who has four-year-old twin boys, is also a marathon runner and a full-time teacher. She's got tons of energy and needs a really punishing workout to keep improving.
Busy grandma Sharon also takes training seriously, but sometimes needs a lighter weight or fewer reps. By working with Randy, we get to spend time together while we both "get our sweat on." And sometimes we bring Dana's husband and his brother, too! They can't keep up with Randy, though...
About a year ago I was invited by my friend to join Randy's gym. After my first class which was really intense, I felt very exhausted and sore the next few days. But even so I looked forward to the next class to see what he had planned for us to do.
The thing that makes Randy's class so great is that he changes his exercises every class. They are never boring! As the months went by I noticed that I had more energy and lost weight. I've lost 10 lbs so far, and am very satisfied with the results. I recommend anyone that is looking to get in shape fast, to join Randy's gym...you won't be disappointed!!
